Didn't order but paid $160 for it
I just wound up having to go over my bank statement recently with a fine tooth comb because my card was being used fraudulently and I happened to notice a charge from Samsung recurring for the last 6 months at 14.99 I didn't recognize. Called Samsung and we traced it back to a Jillian Michael's fitness app.
I have never used one in my life , nor anyone in my home. We do not have that kind of cash in my house and I have no idea how we missed that. So we canceled it and I emailed the company explaining what had happened fully expecting it to be refunded because I've never had an issue like this before. I've gotten the re around and now told it's up to my bank when my bank has nothing to do with it , the app needs to be doing the refunding but upon further investigation I see their policy is a zero refunds for any reason.
That's obsurd.
I would expect more from her and her company. She dropped the ball on this one and is really taking money for whoever she can I guess.
